This is a post we never imagined we’d be making, but after many magical Christmases, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to not reopen Magical Mail for 2026.

This has not been an easy decision, but due to changes in our own lives, we simply cannot continue the business in the way we would want to. We have put all of ourselves into this business over the years and what started as a little Christmas dream became something so much more - Magical Mail became our Christmas.

Thank you for bringing the magic to Magical Mail, and although saying goodbye is extremely sad, the memories we have made together will stay with us forever and it will always be one of the most magical journeys we have been on.
