Are you looking to create a letter with your exact wording? Maybe you have a special announcement to make? A surprise to reveal? Then why not word it within a letter from Father Christmas himself?

We understand that every child is different, and no one knows your child better than you, so we have created this option where you can write whatever you wish within your magical letter. Simply email us with what you'd like to write along with your order number, and we'll create the magic!

We will email proof copies of all custom letters for approval before printing.

Your wording will be printed onto handmade paper, which is hand-finished with our official FC or SC wax stamp. Our letters are designed to have the most traditional and magical feel possible and are enclosed within a personalised, string-tied envelope.

A string tied red envelope, personalised with your child's name and age. 

All of our letters arrive in a string-tied envelope, which allows you all to have a sneaky peek at the letters before they magically arrive for your child. Every attention is given to ensure that your letters are exactly as they should be, but we are only human, and errors can arise. Therefore, we ask for you to look over your letters upon receiving them to ensure all is as requested. 

We are also printing onto handmade paper, which obviously has a textured effect. Due to this, the print quality will never be the same as if it were printed upon standard copier paper, and as a result, it provides an old-style typewriter effect print, which we absolutely love and feel adds to the authenticity. 

We will leave the envelope for you to seal, so you'll be able to sneak a peek at your mail before it is magically delivered to your child. Every attention is given to ensure that your letters are exactly as they should be, but we are only human, and errors can occur. Therefore, we ask for you to look over your letters upon receiving them to ensure all is as requested. 

As with most things in life, we cannot promise perfection. Most of our design elements are carried out by hand, so there may be slight variations in each order. 

Please note that we work to turn around letters within 2 -3 weeks. However, this may be more during busier periods. Also, please allow extra delivery time during this busy period of the year.

The last date to place orders for 2024 will be Monday 25th November - subject to stock availability.
