All they need to do is fill out the form provided and carefully sprinkle the magic in the place they want their tooth to be collected. Then, simply place their tooth inside the empty jar, place it back inside the box alongside their completed form, and off to bed to dream sweet dreams.
Not only is this a perfect way for your child to leave their tooth out for collection, but it will keep those teeth and handwritten forms safe and protected for many years to come.
